Incident-free environment
Establish reliable procedures and practices in all our operations, and strive to have an incident-free work environment.
Health & Safety
Promote freedom and participation in the subject of health, safety and the environment & Provide information that permits personnel to work in a way that is healthy, and in safety.
Our employees & Contractors:
- Are required to adopt safe work practices and comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures and to report safety hazards or unsafe work practices.
- Have responsibility and authority to stop work if there is any question related to safety or operational risk.
At MIES we believe that nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and customers. We thus develop and apply policies on safety that will bind us, our customers and the environment positively by sustaining an incident free work environment.
Health & Safety Management
MIES has a structural system put in place to manage health, safety and the environment. This system ensures continues improvement of performance and the conformity with the rules and regulations. This system:
- Reports personnel performance with regard to health, safety and the environment.
- Recruits contract personnel on the bases of minimum health, safety and environment policy requirements applied at MIES.
- Demands from all employees and contract personnel to be fully aware that they are not only authorized to stop all work that poses an imminent danger, but in fact have the responsibility to do it.
Personnel Hygiene
Personnel hygiene is a matter of health and cleanliness. For this, our company, must provide and equip these sites with:
- Clean sanitary facilities
- Restoration at the workplace will be controlled and verified.
- Staff accommodation, will be well-equipped, with good ventilation and good sunlight penetration.
- Employee awareness is the responsibility of the team leaders and the project and / or site manager.
